Friday, September 17, 2010 - The Gouleyant of Georges Vigouroux is mostly produced from the Malbec grapes that grow on the hills of Cahors.

This is a rich red wine with subtle aromas, complex flavors of ripe berries (raspberries and blackcurrant) blended together with tannins. Beautiful body, fleshy and well balanced. This wine will pair best with the regional dishes of Southwestern France such as duck, goose, lamb and local cheeses.
