Monday, September 5, 2016 - Popped and poured. In agreement with other tasters who have reviewed it recently - fully mature and ready to drink. Fading, but comfortable like a pair of well-worn shoes. Best in the first 30 minutes after opening - dropped off considerably afterward. Drink up now.
