Wednesday, October 14, 2015 - Megamoon Part I: Napa; 10/13/2015-10/16/2015 (Napa Valley California): Amazing what a bit of age can do for a Cabernet. This was drinking pretty well although still a bit young tasting. It has the blackberry that seems to come through quite often, just a hint of alcohol although suspect if we'd given it more time would have blown off. There's a maturity to it so that the flavors aren't terribly different than the '11 and yet everything here is a bit more integrated with each other. Drinking well.
