Monday, July 4, 2011 - I wanted to start the 4th of July off with a bang so I started drinking this at 11 a.m (Sidenote: Nerds debate producer vs. terroir when, really, we all know its producer.) Anyway, juicy copper rocks dominate the nose and the pure old vine fruit, sea spray, and acid carry on (my wayward son). Not much to else to say except drink this now, a lot of it, with simple home cooked fried or grilled fish, tapas, veggies, plus friends, family, and loved ones. Another to buy by the case...but I don't need to tell you that.
