Tuesday, December 31, 2013 - I should always keep this on hand for pairing with desserts. It doesn't actually come across that sweet, just fruity with nice acid, and actually tastes fairly dry when paired with sweet things, but not harsh. Perfect for my dessert wine needs. This time, we had it with chocolate and caramel fondue.
