Friday, March 7, 2014 - Popped and poured, then drank over a couple hours. Aroma is dark fruit of blueberry and plum, along with some cocoa. Also had a combo of tar and leather that melded well with the fruit. The taste has a nice balance of acidity and fruit. Fruit is blackberry, but not too heavy. Decent length finish. This all comes together really well, and is in a great spot. Looking forward to see how my remaining 2 bottles fare in the future.
