Wednesday, March 13, 2013 - Still has life left - most of the heat has dissipated, leaving complex secondary flavors of smoky butterscotch and tropical fruits. The oak is almost nonexistent, but the finish is long and still buttery apple. The deep golden hue in the glass and the caramel nose round out the experience. Great bottle!
