Saturday, December 27, 2014 - Blackberry, currant, dark cheery, light tobaco with cedar and vanilla notes and with firm edgy tannins. Opened this bottle for a 30th anniversary at Etch in Nashville TN. The other bottle we had five years for a 25 anniversary. This wine was more expressive and the five years of additional aging only allowed for a more complex and longer finish. We decanted the wine and this one will age another 10 years. Too bad no more anniversary wine left.
