Monday, February 18, 2013 - Had after Novy's regular Santa Lucia Highland blend. (Didn't wildly outclass it, which surprised me.) Decanted for 90-120 minutes. Ate with roast lamb leg, which was perfect, but mis-timed it, and drank it after dinner was done. Pity, because there's real peppery, herbal, olive-y palate fun to be had here, and it'd go great well with a big hunk of herbed lamb.
