Monday, April 4, 2016 - Popped and poured. Opaque ruby color. Light candy on the nose. Heavy concentration of prune and sour cherry. The mid palate is slightly hollow, but the finish is strong and long. Still has a significant amount of tannin. Needs a couple of more years in the cellar.
