DAY 2. really coming around. pear fruit and a knife's edge. tea notes more apparent today. light textural waxy still shows on the nose.
DAY 3!! that's when this finally gets going. lush pear and quince fruit. white pepper and a knife's edge. apricot!!!! white pepper on the finish. let this one open up before drinking now.
