Thursday, June 25, 2015 - Not much different than last time (with H at Sletten Kro), this a full blooded Syrah, smooth, elegant, true to it's producers, though the oak seems integrated now. The balance is perfect. Maturity is here, if like some primary fruit with your meal, and the textbook notes of roasted meats, olives and garrigue are here. Will keep 5+ years, but very enjoyable now.
