Sunday, April 7, 2024 - So I bought a cellar; 11/12/2022-12/31/2030: Brought to a restaurant in St. Barth, along with the 2002. Popped both and poured. Big nose of red fruit; poured a deep dark red. No bricking that I could tell. Soft tannins on the palate, and plush, velvety texture. But a little be thinner than the 2002. Both had very similar profiles. Delicious. 30th Anniversary bottling.
