Saturday, March 26, 2016 - Decanted for ~2 hours, consumed over ~2 hours with rib-eyes & home fries. This has developed since my 3/9/2013 note, but not much except for structural integration. Previous notes generally still hold true - a confident cab with dark inky fruit, a little cassis and tar, and a whiff of well-integrated oak. Not showy and a bit wound up, but very nicely put-together and with potential to drink well for a long time.
