Opened for 3.5hrs. Medium golden. Very pure and airy on the nose, almost Champagne like: honey, toasted nut, red apple, lemon, pear, yellow flower and huge mineral background. Equally pure on the palate with good concentration of sweet pure yellow fruits, hazelnut, refreshing minerality and a touch salinity and coffee that wrapped in a powerful package and leads to the very spicy medium length, smooth finish. Excellent in whole with good density but perhaps smaller in scale.
