Friday, January 15, 2010 - Real nice blackberries scents show along with a hint of black earth and some stems. The cherry flavors on the palate are quite bright and mixed in with dark blackberry flavors. A hint of something candied shows up on the mid palate. The structure is full, but the apparent sweetness persists through out the experience. It's kind of taffy-ish. Some nice acid shows up towards the end while the dark fruit fades fairly quickly.
