Monday, April 2, 2012 - It's Monday...Time for Another Burgundy Dinner (Sepia - Chicago IL): I don't know if this was a flawed or damaged bottle, or just at a terrible place. Muddy aromas with a dirty character, and not in the good sense that some older wines will display. Red fruit on palate, also showing more merde than anything else. Perhaps heat damaged? Wasn't even worth a second taste in context of the others wines open on our table tonight.
