Wednesday, October 12, 2011 - Goedhuis Wine Tasting Singapore (Fort Canning Hotel): Quintessentially Prüm rather than Mosel. This still had traces of sulfur on the nose and a rather soft palate bordering on flabby. Racy is a term I would not use here. This probably needs time to blossom as per other examples chez Prüm but at the moment, not really delicious at all.
