Wednesday, March 27, 2013 - Starting to drink well - dominated by bilberry (the Cabernet Franc?) and oaky vanilla but lots of complex layers underneath of chocolate and plums - good length to the finish - this wine has a wonderful future to it for at least 5-10 years - slightly less than I imagined when I first tasted this wine when it was a tannic beast a few years ago - there is still plenty of tannin but much more balanced now
