Sunday, January 24, 2010 - Drank at Home Bistro in Boystown. Was fantastic with Bosc pear salad. Lovely on it's own. Golden yellow lots of minerality. Apple or pear quite subtle,has the sanguinous quality I don't know the word for. Steel?
