Light coloured, bruised apples, with a hint of liquorish on the nose. The palate is high in acidity with creamy texture indicating malolactic. Strong Granny Smith apples. Full fruit with a green apple skin finish. Drinking now. This would need pairing with salmon or an oily fish to maximize the strong balance of fruit and acidity. This is a good one. €12 (€18) in the winery. Conclusion: I am going back for more. Quality: Very good
