Sunday, February 8, 2015 - I was worried this bottle would be past peak. Not at all. Bright blackberry fruit in the nose. Red berries with hint of cedar and chocolate on the palate. Very fruit forward. We drank it right out of the bottle and then decanted for one hour. Tannins mellowed with decanting but I didn't think it made a huge difference. It was too yummy to wait any longer. So we drank it.
