Thursday, July 2, 2015 - Hugely pleasing experience. For me this wine starts with aromas of roasted cherries marianated in tar. On the tongue it then resounds with bold, stewed, dark fruit that jumps in the mouth with a tangy acidity and subtle, warming spice. A balanced and vastly compelling experience at an exceptional price point in my opinion. I will (try to) wait till late 2015 until opening my last bottle. Meantime, I'll be looking for more of this vintage.
