Wednesday, June 24, 2015 - Very enjoyable wine, still relatively youthful after 25 years, cassis, green pepper. mint, eucalyptus, sweet spices with developing secondary notes of dried fruits, graphite, tobacco. The wine opened up in merely 15 minutes and continued to improve over the course of the dinner.
