Monday, February 17, 2014 - Appearance: Clear, deep gold.
Nose: Clean, medium+ intensity, fully developed, flowers, light: lychee, apricot, spice, & slight petrol.
Palate: Off dry, medium- acidity, low alcohol, medium+ bodied, Medium+ intensity late summer flowers, mango, apricot, spice. Long finish. Outstanding, mature Gewurztraminer! Lovely.
At peak. Drink soon.
