Saturday, February 21, 2015 - To Kalon Night at Collyer Catering (Collyer Catering): We started things of with this Krug. Have only had this once or twice before but this is the best showing I have had with it. Lovely nose of toast, roasted nut, mineral and slate. Really wonderful nose on this and a little more forward than most Champagnes I have had. Had some great bubbles too with flavors of toast, nut, splash of citrus and yeast. Beautiful and precise. A lovely sparkling wine.
