Friday, April 3, 2015 - From 375ml. I didn't expect there to be much difference between 375s and 750s and maybe there aren't generally but didn't seem quite as bright and toasty as some of the bottles we've had in the past. Still really delicious and wonderful, but will be interesting to see how the remaining 375s go.

4/10/2015 8:49:00 AM - Interesting! In an Enology course Peter Bos (the instructor) commented that sparkling wine is particularly sensitive to bottle size and that magnums seem to be a sweet spot for making the best, brightest wine. So fwiw your impression confirms another's.
