Tuesday, February 8, 2011 - Decided to kill a youngster...this wine is outrageously good and even better after letting half the bottle sit out for a day. all of the characteristics you could want in a young chablis-citrus, minerality, oyster shell, flowers. this stays in the mouth forever and is perfectly balanced. pure in the truest sense of the word.
