Wednesday, March 12, 2014 - S FL WS Group Welcomes VinT (Chez JC & FKG, Hollywood, FL): Classic old school Bordeaux, medium body and acidity, with only 12.5% alcohol and some cedar notes on the finish. Less floral on the nose than I would have expected from a Margaux wine. After initial taste, found that some decanting was needed, which helped after about 45 mins, though the tannins still had some bite and I think this wine will still benefit from further aging.
