All wines were in the glass when we arrived, no idea about how long opened, etc.
The color was a rich dark red with a touch of purple hue.
A slightly sweet/candied nose of plum, dark cherry and lavender... little bit of vanilla spice (1/3rd new).
This wine had the most "grip", eventhough all Loring wines are 100% destemmed (or as near as possible).
Good acidity.
Bought a couple (which really says something now that I'm a new homeowner)
