Sunday, February 8, 2015 - Color is still totally opaque. Nose has menthol, mint and some tobacco. Touch of green bell pepper notes but very subtle. Palate shows charcoal tinged cool black fruits. Still some decent tannic structure. Well integrated acidity. Definitely no where near over the hill.
