Sunday, September 9, 2012 - Sweet desert wine. Salmon colored with sweet Pear on the nose nose with a hint of ripe apple. Enters the palate thick and sweet with tones of pear and strawberry. Finish is also sweet - not even a hint of bitterness. If your in the mood for a desert wine, this gem from Plum Creek will not disappoint. Serve adequately chilled.
