Thursday, April 23, 2015 - Everything is clicking here - producer, vintage, site. Better on day two. Exotic nose of quince and pear. It's over the top but in-check at the same time.
The palate has impeccable balance, nice subtle acidity and great length. You can tell it's demi but the sweetness is very much in check.
