Saturday, December 12, 2009 - Out of a 375. This bottle was a bit more open than the last one. Ruby in color, mostly clear and bright. The nose is strong with cherries, some cola, a nice hint of funk. On the palate, this is showing some layering although quite tight. Nice cherry flavors with great texture. Very nice bottle.
