Friday, January 3, 2014 - Did a vertical tasting of 06-10 on New Years Eve. The 2007 has always been a lush, fruity wine from the day of release. It is holding up very well, maintaining rich, dark red fruits, with cocoa and coffee on the end. With that being said, there hasn't been a lot of improvement with age, and not sure there will be going forward. Not seeing any reason to cellar for a long period.
