Friday, August 28, 2009 - Smoky mineral laced pungent flowers. Sweeter nose that recedes to unveil pig stomach soup with cracked white peppercorns. Earth and herbs. Whiff of smoke. Crushed red partially ripe red fruits. Quite attradtive, juicy fruits, bitter minerality at the end with somewhat musky orange peels at the finish.
