Saturday, July 25, 2015 - Golden in color. A deep, unctuous mouth feel. This almost tasted like a Condrieu with a little bit of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc to add freshness. Drank with several different fish courses--Scallop, Roasted Sea Bass, lobster poached in butter, and it worked very well with all of them.
