Friday, October 31, 2014 - Medium/deep garnet core, pale garnet rim. Nose is developed and complex with tobacco, blackcurrant fruit, notes of gravelly mineral. Medium bodied, tobaccoey dark fruit, touch of cedar, fine tannins still a touch firm on the good length, balanced finish. Lovely, classic claret, drinking well but no hurry.
