Friday, January 8, 2016 - Nose: The nose was slightly reduced and a touch oxidative at first, but with air it starts to show off citrus, red apples, pears, creams, saline, some hazelnuts, and floral tones.

Taste: Medium bodied with medium+ acidity. The feel is refined and balanced with citrus, red apples, creams, some vanilla beans, saline, hazelnuts, and pears.

Overall: Though it took a slight bit to get going, it was gorgeous when it did. This was refined and showing off some maturity from half-bottle.
