Monday, September 14, 2009 - Domaine de Chevalier Magnum Dinner (Restaurant Taillevent, Paris): The nose on this was amazing. Smoke, manure, charcoal, tar and cedar. The palate was more refined than the '29, not as sweet, fine tannins, leather, cedar, some cherry, great balance. This and the '53 seemed to be the WOTN for the group.
