Saturday, March 9, 2013 - Saturday night at The Papies (The Papies, Elizabeth St, London): A good bottle! The wine evolves quite interestingly. On open it had a rich, sweet core akin to a supertuscan however an hour in a decanter later this evolved into a well secondary Bordeaux-esque wine. Earthy, mushroomy, cedar. On the palate it is well round, silky very enjoyable but lacks a bit of vitality and length. Dont get us wrong this is a very nice wine and well worth tha ~65 price tag. Drink now
