Tuesday, September 10, 2013 - Another example of interesting evolution in well made CA chardonnay. Now, almost a dessert wine with rich pear liquor, sweet lychee, nutty, spicy oak all in perfect harmony. Great with soft dessert cheeses, fresh fruit or as a late night decadent solo sipper.
