8/28/2014 4:10:00 AM - Its not very useful to state that a NV champagne "needs more time" if you dont supply us with a disgorgement date or base vintage year.

This was a trade tasting and the wine being poured would have been the most current release, the disgorgement date being probably within 6 months of this tasting note. I mostly said it because I know how delicious Chiquet can be with just a few extra years, it's worth it.
