Sunday, July 1, 2012 - Good dark fruit and dark red color. Very plush mouth feel. Didn't get a lot of other sensations beside fruit, but it was a long lingering finish so that made up for some of the simple flavors. Good with a Sunday sugo, not not so great with a wasabi salmon.

11/5/12 Similar to last time, I found this to be a simple, pleasant wine. It's hard to complain about that, and many a time I've had something that made me wish for simple & pleasant, but I like some complexity in my Pinot.
