Friday, May 17, 2013 - Trip’s visit to DC - Capital Grill (Capital Grill at Tysons corner, VA): Fresh but ripe fruit expression, a hint of butter scotch, yellow fruits lemon curd and mineral. Good concentration, sweet fruits and bright acidity. This is ripe, sweet and fat but good dose of minerality and acidity make the wine fresh. Drinking nicely.
