Likes this wine:

Wednesday, December 9, 2015 - Andrew and Howard's birthday dinner: There was some typical Henri Boillot reduction on nose with an overlay of pear, peach, wet gravel and white flowers. Powerful, driven and rich on the palate but with good precision and acidity (reflecting the vintage). A complex, non-linear flavour profile of stone fruit, citrus and wet river boulders with a hint of chalk. I was at first in Corton then in Puligny. Close to Grand Cru quality. Very good. Years ahead of it.
