Sunday, July 4, 2010 - A baby consumed at Cape Schanck on Saturday to see how it was! 'Mineraly' and lean with long, long length. Very tight and cold when taken out the cold fridge, but by the last two glasses it started to open up. Needs time. Lovely with toasted baguette with fresh parmagiano reggiano and a splash of olive oil with liberal salt and pepper in the oven for 15mins.
