Wednesday, March 26, 2014 - Sydney Burgundy Celebration (Sydney, Australia): Blood, rhubarb, blackcurrant aromas. Rich fruit but it becomes a little bitter on the back. Tannins do give it good structure but the bitterness is a concern.
