Thursday, February 26, 2015 - Zachys Pre-Paulee Fete (Lafayette - New York NY): Spice driven start with lush plum, black cherry aromas and flavors. Rounded and very fat for the 2001 vintage. More opulent than I'd have expected. I'd give this more time, but this has the weight to be very cellarworthy.
