Saturday, July 7, 2012 - My 2nd bottle/3 hrs of slowly drinking ( last time was in 2008 )

Wine develops very nice, feminine, very elegant nose. Many scents come and fade away one by one, chocolate, mild oak, clean, mineral, watery, stem, fruits. I enjoy it very much. Especially at the end of a bottle, very Chambolle-Musigny !!!

Texture is good, balance is surprise and I can hold the wine moving in my mouth so long.

Aftertaste is deep and very very long in my feeling like a 99 points wine.

I will drink it again in next 4-5 years because I have only 1 bottle left.

Drink 2015 - 2025....................92-98/100.......................
